About DAYTONA: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Daytona.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Your expertise in kitchen operations, from meal preparation to plating, will make a significant impact on our customers' dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  2. Follow recipes precisely, including accurate measurements and handling of ingredients, to produce high-quality dishes.
  3. Cook, grill, steam, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods to perfection, using various cooking techniques.
  4. Present and garnish final dishes creatively, enhancing their visual appeal and overall dining experience.
  5. In some instances, serve food directly to customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, handling utensils, equipment, and dishes with care and attention to detail.
  7. Store and handle ingredients and food according to established protocols, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
  8. Adhere to and enforce stringent food safety and sanitation standards, protecting both our staff and customers.
  9. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils thoroughly after each use, maintaining a hygienic atmosphere.
  10. Perform opening and closing procedures efficiently, setting up workstations and preparing for the next shift.
  11. Verify the quality and freshness of ingredients regularly, making adjustments as needed to maintain our high standards.
  12. Monitor station inventory levels closely, restocking supplies promptly to prevent shortages and disruptions.
