Job Overview

Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is seeking a skilled Main Cook to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menu development, ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all dishes served.

About the Role

  • Plan and implement menu development strategies to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Culinary school degree or diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a head cook or equivalent position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sanitation and quality control, with a strong focus on safety and hygiene.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative and unique dishes that can be adapted to meet customer preferences.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
