Job Description

The Logistics Driver is accountable for transporting company assets, personnel, and materials safely and efficiently. This involves adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and maintaining a clean vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Safety First: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for passengers by following traffic laws, using defensive driving techniques, and reporting any incidents promptly.
  2. Transportation Management: Plan routes and schedules to minimize delays, transport personnel, clients, and materials as directed, and ensure the vehicle is properly managed and maintained.
  3. Maintenance and Record-Keeping: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle, report any issues or needs, keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities, and submit trip logs and other required documentation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional capacity.
  • Skills: Valid driver's license, excellent driving skills, strong navigational skills, basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
