Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions at the petrol station, ensuring accurate sales reconciliation, and monitoring banking transactions.

About the Role:

  • Cash Handling: Receive cash from pump attendants and prepare daily transaction reports.
  • Sales Reconciliation: Maintain daily records of sales, verify cashier balance, and prepare reports.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Ensure accurate documentation of all fuel and product sales.
  • Banking Transactions: Deposit collected cash into the company's account as required.
  • Fraud Prevention: Monitor sales for discrepancies or fraudulent activities and report findings.
  • Customer Interaction: Attend customer inquiries and complaints related to payments.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (retail cashier, filling station cashier, or financial operations).
  • Strong experience in cash handling and sales reconciliation.
  • Preferably female candidates for gender balance and not older than 30 years of age.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
