Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Coaching Consulting and Allied Services. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, credit, and check payments
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and exchanges
- Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Restock and replenish inventory, including supplies and promotional materials
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
