Radiologic Technologist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team at CareOne Clinics. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients for various medical imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate radiographic equipment such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI scanners, and ultrasound machines to capture high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
• Position and immobilize patients using appropriate devices to ensure optimal image quality and minimize motion artifacts.
• Align imaging equipment and adjust settings to focus on specific areas of interest and capture clear and accurate images while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Monitor patients during imaging procedures and respond promptly to any signs of discomfort or adverse reactions.
• Review captured images to ensure quality, clarity, and diagnostic value, retaking images if necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results, discuss findings, and develop treatment plans for patients.

Requirements:

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and regulations.
