Peacebuilding and Social Inclusion Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Peacebuilding and Social Inclusion Officer to join our team at Global Peace Development.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's mission of promoting peace and social inclusion globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Program Manager in project design and proposal development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough desk reviews of gender and security issues in states, developing context briefing notes that inform our program strategies.
• Search for and flag calls for proposals on gender, security, and peacebuilding, ensuring we stay ahead of emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with our Monitoring and Evaluation staff to develop project indicators and data collection tools that measure our impact.
• Provide technical support on mainstreaming gender and social inclusion into program activities, ensuring our projects are effective and sustainable.

Benefits:
