The Waiter/Waitress at AKTC Guest House is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing professional and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Assist guests in selecting menu items by providing information on food and beverage options, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Order Management: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are delivered correctly and meet the guest house's quality standards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure that tables are set properly with clean cutlery, glassware, and tableware before guests are seated. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Payment and Billing: Present the bill to guests and handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waiters/waitresses to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
