Job Title:

Ecommerce Logistics and Operations Officer (Online Retail)

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the entire online order cycle

• Oversee all incoming deliveries to the warehouse and ensure accurate documentation

• Manage relationships between the company and 3PL partners

• Ensure policies and administrative processes for 3PLs are enforced

• Prepare scorecards and share periodically with 3PL partners for performance appraisals

• Review 3PL processes and performance periodically

• Manage riders (supervise and ensure they adhere to company policies and standards)

• Track, receive, and store all products

• Oversee all aspects of online shipping processes, including documentation

• Execute a sound, timely online logistics plan for the delivery of products and parcels on schedule

• Submit reports as determined by the E-commerce Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND

• At least 3 years of cognate experience in Online Logistics and Supply Chain

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is mandatory

• Prospective candidate must have previous work experience from an e-commerce company or a retail industry

• Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and confident
