Global Beverage Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Beverage Delivery Coordinator to join our team at GOLDEN GUINEA BREWERIES PLS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of our products to various customers, bars, canteens, and other establishments. This involves receiving purchase orders, collecting products from our depot, and distributing them to end-users.

• To guarantee that our products reach customers on time and as needed.
• Process purchase orders and collect products from the nearest depot for onward distribution.
• Create awareness about our products within their designated supply areas.
• Ensure all empties are returned to approved collection centers.
• Verify customer payments in designated company accounts.
• Conduct daily reconciliations and report findings to Regional Heads.
• Maintain records of daily transactions and submit operational reports to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by management as necessary.
