Job Description

At HR-ON-WHEELS, we are seeking a talented Design Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing and refining architectural concepts and designs that meet client requirements and company standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing creative and functional architectural designs from initial concept through final design.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Preparing detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval.
• Coordinating with project architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Staying updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers and architectural interns.

Qualifications/
Experience
• Minimum of BSc/HND in Architecture.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
