**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal associate to join our team at Global Profilers. As a commercial litigation specialist, you will play a critical role in managing complex cases, providing sound legal advice, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and review agreements, ensuring legality, enforceability, and compliance.
  • Review judicial and arbitral processes, develop case strategies, and draft requisite court documents.
  • Manage case plans, prepare witnesses for trial, and conduct pre-trial conferences.
  • Negotiate settlements and payment plans during the litigation process.
  • Provide commercial advice on shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain regular updates and progress reports on debt recovery activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and committed to fulfilling obligations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in completing tasks.
  • Integrity: Honest, ethical, and trustworthy.
  • Skill Level: 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm.
