Job Description:

EKO MAINTENANCE seeks a seasoned Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on various matters affecting the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Evaluate information to determine adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Offer strategic legal advice and support on issues impacting the company's operations and growth.
• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and manage employee-related issues, maintaining a fair and equitable work environment.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in drafting official letters, memos, and other correspondence.
• Effectively document and manage company files, including secretarial duties.
• Identify and assess legal requirements, government reporting regulations, and industry trends affecting HR functions, ensuring policies and procedures are aligned with best practices.
