**Job Overview:**

Bella Recruiter is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Infrastructure Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying carrier-grade and reliable network infrastructure and services for our enterprise customers.

Key Objectives:

  1. To deploy carrier-grade and reliable network infrastructure and services for our enterprise customers.
  2. To safeguard performance, capacity, availability, and quality of the ipNX network by monitoring emerging incidents and initiating preventive actions.
  3. To recommend areas of improvement, product enhancements including new platforms, features, and services that meet present and future needs of the voice communications business.
  4. To offer pre-sales support and provide accompanying proposals and design documents with the most optimal and cost-effective solutions that meet the business objectives.
  5. To provide remote and occasional on-site support for all enterprise network deployments where required.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that network infrastructure and services are deployed in accordance with agreed set standards and SLAs.
  • Monitor emerging incidents and initiate preventive actions to safeguard performance, capacity, availability, and quality of the ipNX network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Provide pre-sales support and create proposals and design documents that meet the business objectives.
  • Provide remote and occasional on-site support for all enterprise network deployments where required.
