Role Overview

As our Financial & Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to our company's continued success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations: Oversee our financial operations, develop and implement financial plans, and ensure seamless financial data management.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Ensure timely tax returns filing, compliance with tax laws, and maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and make informed decisions about financial transactions.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement efficiency measures, and optimize resource allocation.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, with expertise in financial reporting, tax filings, and audits.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime Gold), advanced Excel skills, accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
    • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, time management and prioritization skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
