Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Driver to join our team at HR-ON-WHEELS, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional transportation services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely transporting personnel and goods, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing regular maintenance checks to prevent mechanical failures.
• Complying with all traffic laws and company policies, upholding our values of integrity and accountability.
• Monitoring vehicle performance and reporting issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Assisting with loading and unloading, supporting the smooth execution of transportation tasks.
• Planning efficient routes to minimize traffic congestion and optimize journey times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years driving experience, with a strong focus on road safety and risk management.
• Must be at least 35 years old, demonstrating stability and maturity.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic rules, enabling confident navigation and minimal disruption.
