Blakskill Limited is a leading provider of high-end sales solutions, and we are currently seeking a Business Development Officer - Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Job DescriptionThe Business Development Officer - Sales will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales performance and maximize business opportunities. They will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitality businesses, corporate organizations, fitness centers, contractors, and individuals.
The role requires strong leadership and team collaboration skills, as well as business acumen and market intelligence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, innovation, and process improvement abilities.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
