Chief Financial Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Account Officer to join our finance team at Pruvia Integrated Limited.

As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including recording and reconciling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and verifying the accuracy of invoices and payments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Reconciling accounts and preparing account analysis and monthly reports
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and payments and resolving any discrepancies
• Preparing financial statements and other financial reports
• Assisting in preparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts
• Assisting with tax compliance, including preparing tax returns and providing support during tax audits
• Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Salary: N80,000
