Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that all food is prepared and served with precision and attention to detail
* Planning menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes
* Supervising kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and productivity
* Coaching and training staff to enhance their culinary skills and teamwork

Requirements:
* Culinary school degree or diploma
* Proven experience as a head cook or equivalent role

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide staff
