Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Leader to spearhead our kitchen operations and create innovative, delicious meals for our discerning customers. As a key member of our Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) team, you will be responsible for menu planning, ensuring the highest quality standards, and collaborating with our kitchen staff to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.

Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that all food is prepared and served with precision and attention to detail
* Planning menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes
* Supervising kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and productivity
* Coaching and training staff to enhance their culinary skills and teamwork
* Managing inventory and ordering supplies to meet the demands of our busy restaurant
* Implementing safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and healthy work environment
* Developing new recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting

Requirements:

* Culinary school degree or diploma
* Proven experience as a head cook or equivalent role
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting expectations
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide staff
