Job Overview:

EM LIMITED seeks a skilled Procurement Officer to manage the timely procurement and delivery of high-quality electromechanical and building products for our high-rise building facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement or supply chain roles, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.
  • Preparing of Job Orders.
  • Ensure delivery of procured items.
  • Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.
  • Any other related job.
