**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION: Supervise a team of 10 engineers and technicians to oversee the maintenance of high-rise buildings.
  2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Coordinate with contractors to source materials and equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  3. TASK DISTRIBUTION: Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinates accordingly.
  4. INSTALLATION AND FINISHING: Supervise the installation of aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
