Risk Governance Director

Pinnah Foods Ltd requires a Risk Governance Director to oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal control systems and compliance programs ensuring organizational processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Develop and implement internal control systems
• Conduct risk assessments and perform audits
• Identify process improvements and maintain adherence to financial, operational, and compliance standards
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for risk management and compliance

The Risk Governance Director will work closely with the Head, Enterprise Risk & Compliance, to ensure effective implementation of internal control systems and compliance programs and maintain stakeholder trust. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills to manage the team effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal control or compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
