Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales revenue and maintain strong customer relationships within the designated geographical area. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of base stations, dealers, and key retail outlets, leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Oversee a territory with 3050 base stations, 23 SNS, 4050 dealers, and key retail outlets.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard dealers/distributors to expand the sales network.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and key retail outlets, while maintaining positive relationships.
- Monitor sales performance against established targets (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure objectives are met.
- Engage with SMEs to drive direct sales initiatives within the territory.
- Organize below-the-line (BTL) activities to boost sales visibility and engagement.
- Analyze data to identify the most efficient sales methods and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Discover new sales opportunities through consumer research and market analysis.
