Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners and promotes academic excellence.
- Design and implement engaging and interactive lessons that align with Nigerian and British curriculum standards.
- Stay updated on current trends, developments, and best practices in education, particularly in fields of Economics, Financial Accounting, Business Studies, Commerce, Fine and Creative Arts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities integrating multiple subjects and promoting holistic learning.
- Foster a culture of critical thinking, creativity, and independent inquiry among students.
- Provide guidance and support to students in extracurricular activities related to the subjects, such as business clubs, art exhibitions, or academic competitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Yoruba, French, Fine and Creative Arts, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Relevant teaching certification/license.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Yoruba, French, Fine and Creative Arts at secondary school level.
- Familiarity with both Nigerian and British curriculum frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
