Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at ATTITUDEHOMES NIG LTD. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across southeast and south south states.

Your primary responsibility will be to travel to client locations to diagnose and repair technical issues with our smart home systems. You will need to have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical diagrams, as well as the ability to apply basic troubleshooting principles.

You will also be expected to work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Your excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills will be essential in this role, as you will be working with a variety of clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Diagnose and repair technical issues with smart home systems
    • Travel to client locations across southeast and south south states
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:
  • • 2 years practical experience
    • OND, HND, BSC, or equivalent in engineering
    • Electrical certification, smart home automation, or installation certification is an added advantage
    • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical diagrams
    • Ability to apply basic troubleshooting principles
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
