**Overview:**
We are a reputable real estate firm seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to oversee our sales team's operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Estate Management, outstanding sales and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and team success.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Team Leadership: Direct and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to ensure they meet sales targets and performance goals.
2. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, expand our customer base, and boost revenue.
3. Estate Management Application: Utilize knowledge of estate management principles to identify opportunities, craft sales pitches, and close deals.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, offering regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance sales outcomes.
5. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored sales solutions.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
7. Reporting and Admin Tasks: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and perform administrative duties as needed.
8. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
9. Staff Development: Identify training and development needs for team members, providing support and resources to enhance their skills and knowledge.
10. Results-Focused Approach: Concentrate on achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. MBA: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
3. Sales experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in real estate or insurance, with a proven track record of success.
4. Managerial experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
5. Estate management knowledge: Strong understanding of estate management principles, including property law, valuation, and marketing.
6. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
7. Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions.
8. Collaboration and teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Salary: 400k-500k
