Financial Expert

As a seasoned Accountant, you will be responsible for managing expenses, tracking fuel and maintenance costs, and ensuring financial accountability and compliance.

1. Managing Expenses: Oversee the company's expenditure on fuel and maintenance, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reported.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to management to optimize financial performance.
4. Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies.
5. Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring financial data confidentiality, conducting database backups, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
