Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in patternmaking, textile knowledge, and garment construction.
  • Proficiency in either male clothing or female clothing; proficiency in both is a significant advantage.
  • Practical experience with garment closures, stitching techniques, and structural details.
  • Detailed understanding of fabric properties and seam allowances.
  • Broad knowledge of sleeve variations, necklines, and customizable garment styles.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and work effectively in a tech-integrated environment.
  • Experience with tech packs is beneficial but not mandatory.
