Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS) is seeking an exceptional Culinary Master for our esteemed food truck venture in Victoria Island. As a leading player in the hospitality industry, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment that demands creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.

Salary: 100k, depending on experience.

This coveted role requires a skilled and passionate individual with a solid foundation in Chinese cooking techniques. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest culinary standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes to exacting standards;
• Developing and testing new recipes to enhance the menu;
• Supervising kitchen staff and delegating tasks efficiently;
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times;
• Ordering and managing kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients;
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations;

To excel in this role, you will need:

• H.N.D in culinary studies or any related field;
• Proven 2 years' experience as a Chinese Chef or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients;
• Ability to create traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity;
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards;

The successful candidate must reside within Victoria Island, Lekki, Obalende, or Ajah.
