About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the BLAKSKILL LIMITED team as a Sales and Relationship Manager. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth within assigned accounts.
  2. Manage client relationships through effective communication, coordination with internal teams, and regular progress updates.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations department to ensure seamless service delivery and assist the Finance department in debt collections and account maintenance.
  4. Source new clients, promote products and services, and meet sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and delivering results-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in sales, account management, or a related customer-focused role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
