About Us
As a leading integrated poultry farm, we seek a Technology Head to spearhead our technology initiatives and drive digital transformation across our operations. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agriculture technology, poultry farming, and IT management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing technology solutions in a farm or agricultural setting.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies to enhance farm efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions for poultry farming operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions.
  • Managing and maintaining existing technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and a Master's degree in Agriculture Technology, Poultry Science, or related field is desirable. Strong technical skills, excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as experience in managing and motivating IT teams, are essential.
