Job Title: Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team at Elevated HR Limited. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate department and take messages as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages to the relevant departments.
  • Monitor and forward emails, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Track and order office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Oversee the office budget and ensure financial transparency.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a Social Science field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong understanding of basic office administration and bookkeeping practices.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
