Vocational Skills Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Skills Officer to join our team at DAYTONA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about vocational training and wants to make a real difference in the lives of our program participants.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversight of training and development programs to ensure alignment with our objectives.
- Collaboration with MasterCraft Persons (MCPs) and trainers to deliver high-quality training.
- Implementation of the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) standards.
- Management of training sessions across different clusters.
- Effective delivery of training programs.
- Positive participant feedback and outcomes.
- Accurate and timely reporting of training performance data.
- Strong relationships with stakeholders, including MCPs, trainers, and local businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Fashion, Textile Design, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in vocational training or skills development, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).
