**Job Overview:** Lifebank is recruiting a Fulfillment Specialist to carry out orders and fulfill them within the shortest time possible.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, fulfillment, or a similar role and possess excellent people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly involved in carrying out orders and fulfilling them within the shortest time possible.
  • Manage Medical dispatch riders (MDRs), take inventory, manage company assets, and vendor management.
  • Responsible for the welfare of MDRs, ensure routine and major maintenance of all LifeBank's assets, reconcile funds, and update relevant sheets with finance and Operations.
  • Collect and reconcile invoices, pay money into the bank daily, and manage supplier relationships in their cities/regions under supervision of the Operations Lead.
  • Monitor riders compliance with SOPs, submit weekly reports, and report all operational challenges on a weekly basis.

Work Environment:

Work in the office Monday - Friday and remotely on weekends. May be required to report to the office on the weekend if necessary.

Salary: N70,000 monthly.
