**Job Overview:** Lifebank is recruiting a Fulfillment Specialist to carry out orders and fulfill them within the shortest time possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, fulfillment, or a similar role and possess excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly involved in carrying out orders and fulfilling them within the shortest time possible.
- Manage Medical dispatch riders (MDRs), take inventory, manage company assets, and vendor management.
- Responsible for the welfare of MDRs, ensure routine and major maintenance of all LifeBank's assets, reconcile funds, and update relevant sheets with finance and Operations.
- Collect and reconcile invoices, pay money into the bank daily, and manage supplier relationships in their cities/regions under supervision of the Operations Lead.
- Monitor riders compliance with SOPs, submit weekly reports, and report all operational challenges on a weekly basis.
Skills and Abilities:
- Cost reduction/management.
- Data entry and management.
- People management.
- Good stress and time management skills.
- Great at asset maintenance.
Work Environment:
Work in the office Monday - Friday and remotely on weekends. May be required to report to the office on the weekend if necessary.
Salary: N70,000 monthly.
