Corporate Governance Expert

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Governance Expert to join our team at PWAN GROUP. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

About the Role:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance and regulatory matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations
• Identify legal risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate and resolve them
• Assist with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and advise on potential implications
• Develop and deliver legal training and education programs for employees
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records, documents, and databases

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law; JD or LLB preferred
• Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership
• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role
