Valuation Expert

BLAKSKILL LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Valuation Expert - Real Estate to join our team. As a key member of our valuation department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough valuations of real properties, including land, buildings, and plant and machinery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate management or a related field, with at least 8-10 years of experience in property valuation. Chartered membership of professional bodies such as NIESV, ESVARBON, or RICS is highly desirable.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct accurate and comprehensive valuations of real properties, taking into account industry standards and best practices.
• Prepare and review valuation reports to ensure they are error-free, well-structured, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that all valuation reports meet the required level of accuracy and reliability.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry is also essential.
