Senior Commodities Trader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commodities professional to join our team as Head of Commodities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the global commodities market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

• Developing and Implementing Trading Strategies: Develop and implement a comprehensive commodities trading strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of commodities traders, analysts, and support staff to ensure effective execution of trading activities.
• Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers, and logistics providers.
• Market Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.
• Risk Management and Mitigation: Manage and mitigate market risks, including price, currency, and logistics risks.
• Commodities Portfolio Development: Develop and manage the company's commodities portfolio, including sourcing, trading, and delivery of commodities.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commodities trading, preferably in agricultural commodities.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a commodities trading environment.
