Role Overview

The Senior Executive QAQC AO will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products at KimberlyRyanLimited.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement quality control measures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality control activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' hands-on experience in QAQC plastic injection molding and blow molding process.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience at an executive level.
  • Good interpersonal skills - able to work well with others.
  • Knowledge of computer systems (familiar with MS Office).
  • Able to read and write reports and possess good verbal communication skills.
  • Able to learn about machines, products, and processes quickly.
