Volunteer Physiotherapist

Volunteer Opportunity:

FriendnPal is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential physiotherapy services to support the physical rehabilitation and wellness of our clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and mobility limitations.
• Developing and implementing personalized physiotherapy treatment plans to address patients' needs.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery and improve physical function.
• Educating patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participating in outreach programs and health workshops to raise awareness about physiotherapy and overall wellness.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Physiotherapy.
• Previous clinical experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in physiotherapy (if applicable) are preferred.
