Job Description: The Art and Craft Facilitator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating art and craft sessions for participants of all ages and skill levels. This includes developing and executing a diverse range of art and craft activities, preparing and organizing materials and equipment, leading art and craft sessions, and providing clear instructions and demonstrations. Additionally, the facilitator will be responsible for encouraging participant engagement, creativity, and self-expression, offering individualized support and feedback, setting up and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space, and managing the organization and storage of art supplies and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in art and craft facilitation or a related field, strong artistic skills across various mediums and techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work with diverse groups and adapt activities to meet varying needs, organizational skills and attention to detail, knowledge of health and safety standards related to art materials and activities, relevant certifications or qualifications in art, education, or a related discipline are advantageous.
