Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our team at Elevated HR Limited. As a key member of our business deposit mobilization division, you will be responsible for driving high volumes of funds to our organization through targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business deposit mobilization division in achieving its goals and objectives.
  • Source high-end customers and persuade them to deposit money into our bank.
  • Create and implement a business plan to attract fresh deposits from targeted markets with known volumes.
  • Foster and maintain connections with corporate clients and individual depositors.
  • Support and enhance new methods for rewarding depositors with interest on regular and fixed deposits.
  • Establish contact with both new and existing customers.
  • Identify target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of funds to the Company.
  • Advise clients on deposit status.
  • Ensure due diligence is applied to meet the regulator's standards and defend the interests of the organization and the depositors by coordinating with the management team.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a relevant field of study.
  • Relevant experience in Microfinance or commercial banking is required.
  • Self-motivational and ambitious.
  • Proven knowledge and experience selling investment products.
  • Targets and result-oriented and willing to take responsibilities.
  • Team spirit and ability to work effectively as a team member towards achieving results and targets.
  • Ability to drive deposit mobilization and retention of deposits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Package: 150,000-250,000

Competitive benefits package and commission.
