Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Colton Group. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing commercial sales opportunities, developing growth strategies, and fostering relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement plans to drive business growth, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other marketing efforts, and work to close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including understanding their needs and providing value-added solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with stakeholders to secure agreements and partnerships, and communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
