Job Description

The Accounts Specialist will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Reconciliations: Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of cash, bank statements, and credit card statements.
  • Journal Entries: Record and post journal entries, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze and review account balances, identifying any discrepancies or irregularities.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor or HND with a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
