**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, including preparing financial statements and reports.

  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of transactions.

  • Input financial data into accounting systems and ensure all financial documents are properly organized and filed.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.

  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical aptitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Internship or prior experience in accounting.
