Adcem Healthcare Ltd is seeking an IT Technical Specialist to provide first-level support for its computer and network systems. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Repair and replace damaged computer and network components, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff members encountering challenges with computers and network devices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. Proficiency in ERP and other tech-related software solutions is also essential. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements:
* HND/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years of post-NYSC experience in providing technical IT support.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Tech-savviness and attention to detail.
