Recruitment Strategist

At Whoosh NG, we're seeking a skilled Recruitment Strategist to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent for various positions within our organization.

• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and productivity.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and loyalty.
• Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Work with managers to establish performance improvement plans and recognize high-performing employees.
• Identify training needs within the organization and design training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
