Job Description:

Coffee Expertise:

As a Barista at Vertiline Synergy Limited, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, from classic drip coffee to specialty espresso drinks. Your expertise in coffee blends, sugar ratios, and other nuances will ensure that every cup meets our high standards.

Customer Service:

You will greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu choices, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to gauge customers' preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

Preparation and Service:

Prepare and serve beverages, such as tea, specialty drinks, and food items like soups, sandwiches, and pastries. Maintain the bar area cleanliness, stock clean mugs and plates, and monitor brewing equipment to prevent any malfunctions.

Financial Transactions:

Process payments efficiently, handling both cash and credit card transactions accurately. Keep track of inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Skills:

Education: B.SC/H.N.D in hospitality management or related field

Experience: 5 years of experience, preferably in a similar role

Skills: Extensive knowledge of coffee blends, previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress, hands-on experience with brewing equipment, basic math skills, ability to gauge customers' preferences, excellent communication skills

Age Range: 31 – 50 years old
