Culinary Professional Wanted for Hospitality Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook to join our team at the Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). As a culinary professional, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to menu specifications. You must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene standards. They must be able to oversee kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Selecting and following recipes to meet client requirements.
2. Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
3. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
4. Ensuring food safety and quality control throughout the preparation and delivery process.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
• 2yrs Proven experience as cook
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
