Job Description for Transportation Specialist

At Brainshare Technologies and Services Nigeria Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in a similar position.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and maintain the company vehicle daily.
  2. Determine the most efficient route to destinations to ensure timely arrival.
  3. Inspect and maintain the vehicle and all related equipment, submitting repair requests as necessary.
  4. Determine fuel level and refill the fuel tank at a quarter level.
  5. Work during weekends and in shifts.
  6. Perform work-related errands as requested.
  7. Carry out basic repairs and maintenance on the vehicle.

Personal Qualities and Qualifications:

  1. Valid driver's license.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in a similar position.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Trustworthy and organized.
  5. Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  6. At least a secondary school certificate.
