The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python web development, with experience in building robust, scalable solutions. They will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend APIs using Django and Django REST Framework.
  • Create and optimize interactive and dynamic frontends using modern web technologies.
  • Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB to design and implement efficient data storage solutions.
  • Implement user authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, or similar.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize performance for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring high-quality code and efficient solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Django and Python web development.
  • Strong experience in database design and management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
  • Proficient in building RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git).
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with GraphQL APIs.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile development practices.
